My experience at Bowser was a relatively positive one. The 0% financing deal as well as the 'lower than average' list price brought me here. I enjoyed the ease of the test drive (Vinny, the sales assistant, was great - he is really kind and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features!) Mark Michalek, the sales consultant, was also a nice guy to work with. He was pretty straight-forward with the numbers providing several options for us and answered any questions we had. I was slightly disappointed with my trade in value at first but the team did work with me a little bit on that to get what I felt was a more fair amount. Cory in financing was also nice. He was patient and explained the different paperwork breakdowns to us which were confusing at first. There was one hiccup when signing the paperwork. I was not aware of the theft protection for $299 that Bowser requires everyone to purchase. I did not want this extra fee. Luckily the team made it right. I am planning to get my spray bedliner and fender guards through Bowser soon so I am hoping all goes well next time, too.

The service was great, but my issue was not resolved. I had TPMS problem with RR sensor failed to read. There is Technical Bulletin by GM that this issue is common in few cars and required fixing. I will be taking it back again to have it fixed.

I purchased a new car Aug 21, 2025, on January 19 (6 months) the car would not start, my car was towed to the dealership on Monday Jan 20th. I received a call explaining that my car had over 7 downloads and that shorted out the battery, no reason why or if it would occur again. This is not reliable information, and I do not feel secure operating this vehicle (Envision sport 2025). I was given a loner, that was not of the same caliber, AWD, which is critical in Pittsburgh especially during the winter season. When I finally received my car, it was not cleaned on the outside, the interior on the driver's side was muddy and the white cloth above the drivers had dark marks on it. They offered to clear my car which they did, but the customer service experience was not good. What I thought would be a retirement car has now raised a question of reliability and uncertainty. This is the first Buick that I have purchased, and I cannot in good faith speak highly about the quality of this car.
